Capturing How You Felt

One of the key parts of your journal can be found below the 'After the day described above, I felt...' label. I call this the feeling score.

Your feeling score is simply your own numerical assessment of how you felt across the day since your inputs earlier that morning; scored between 0 and 5.

Lots of apps do some kind of mood tracking, but in NoWastedDays, you can go deeper than that to unlock genuine personal insights.

Within your Insights, you can interact with all of your feeling scores over time within the graph by hovering over the data points themselves. This will show you your memories from that day and what you wanted to leave behind. You can also click on the data points to visit that particular day in your journal.

This allows you to learn from those days and really connect with the root cause of the feeling which is ultimately the thing that will empower you to act more knowingly, more truly and feel a bit better or connect more with your self moving forward.

In this section of the art of looking, in addition to introducing the feeling score and the insights hub, we are going focus on 3 concepts that will be central in navigating your relationship with the data on the platform. So, with no further ado, let's get stuck into the the most important insight of them all.
